Done in Open Canvas...

For those who has been watching out for my scraps, they should know that Timekeeper (my original character, in case you don't know) has long hair before he "changed". Anyway, a bit different from my usual cel-shaded style~ I personally find this kind of style more interesting than the clean cel-shaded look.... but then I know that some of my watchers do not agree with me on this
