Done in Open Canvas (sketching & inking) + Painter 9 (OMG!!!! She's using something other than OC!?)

It's my first time trying to use Painter (as my bro has been telling me to do so for million of years...) I didn't like using Painter before because I couldn't get the pressure sensitivity thing to work properly, but now I've found out how to get it to work! Yay~ This is sort of like an experimental piece so it's not very good.... >_< Oil paints + anime is one hell of a weird combo!

Anyway, a character I've made up on a not-so-special day... Real name + age + origin unknown, people around only know him as the "Timekeeper". He's kind of similar to Count D in "Petshop of Horror". He runs a shop called "Passage of Time", which (on the surface) sells clocks and watches. But secretly runs a service to help his customers' wishes "come true" with his magic abilities (time altering).
