Apologies for the lack of creativity in the title...

I finally got myself a little hand held hot wire cutter so I can now venture into the realm of prop making with craftfoam! And the first thing I made is an evoker to go with my Persona 3 cosplay~

As I have never came into contact with craftfoam before, the making of this piece involves a great deal of trial and error (also a hell of a lot of sanding with sandpapers) And to make things more complicated, I chose to spray paint the piece when I have never used spray paints before in my life... the result of the combination is a prop that would not be able to stand up to close scrutiny ^^;

But still, knowing my lack of talent in 3D art, I am quite proud of this :XD:

The one in the photo took me about 1 or 2 days to make I think. I had to do a lot of trial and error because it was my first time making anything out of styrofoam ^^;

wow, but still...it was worth it! :D Yea, styrofoam is hard to cut...espcially to what shape you want it to be...I tryed to use in to make a model @ Uni for Animation...boy do I suck at shaping styrofoam! XD
