Apologies for the lack of creativity in the title...
I finally got myself a little hand held hot wire cutter so I can now venture into the realm of prop making with craftfoam! And the first thing I made is an evoker to go with my Persona 3 cosplay~
As I have never came into contact with craftfoam before, the making of this piece involves a great deal of trial and error (also a hell of a lot of sanding with sandpapers) And to make things more complicated, I chose to spray paint the piece when I have never used spray paints before in my life... the result of the combination is a prop that would not be able to stand up to close scrutiny
But still, knowing my lack of talent in 3D art, I am quite proud of this
The one in the photo took me about 1 or 2 days to make I think. I had to do a lot of trial and error because it was my first time making anything out of styrofoam
wow, but still...it was worth it! Yea, styrofoam is hard to cut...espcially to what shape you want it to be...I tryed to use in to make a model @ Uni for Animation...boy do I suck at shaping styrofoam! XD
how long does it take to make?

I'm cosplaying the Main character from Persona 3 and I could SO use this XD great job!
