I have been working on this HP fanart (that consists of... 10 characters) for several days and just got a bit bored with the inking, so just decided to start drawing character design sheet....

I should have done this sooner... not after having drawn so many completed piece with this guy in.... *dies*

Got all confused when I was trying to find the right category to put this in... I think this will end up in scraps in the future.... ~(-_-~)

Owner of the store "Passage of Time", which basically sells clocks and watches. He also offers to make his customers' wishes into becoming reality, but at the price of reducing the customer's remaining life span. He knows quite a lot on the secret of magical potions but that's not his "greatest" power. His "greatest" power is the ability to alter time-space, with "slowing the flow of time" being his "basic" ability. He can uses various other abilities such as "time stopping" or "reverse of time" with the help of his earring on his right ear. The earring stores up his unused magic energy and with that, enables him to use the other time-space magic. When releasing the energy, the earring reverts back to its original form, which is a rapier.
